Why San Antonio Chooses Bijan Rugs for Rug Cleaning
Over 30 Years of Trusted Expertise
Serving San Antonio for over three decades, our name synonymous with quality, care, & craftsmanship. Our team uses both time-honored and modern techniques to treat each rug with the unique attention it deserves.
Dust and allergen removal
We begin with a thorough dusting using equipment designed to dislodge deep-seated grit and debris that vacuuming can’t reach. Removing this dry soil before washing is crucial to preventing fiber wear over time.
Climate-Controlled Drying
Your rug is air-dried in our controlled facility using a flat drying system that preserves its shape and prevents dye bleeding. This meticulous step ensures your rug returns clean, vibrant, and structurally sound.

To make the process as convenient as possible, we offer optional pickup and delivery services throughout San Antonio. Whether it’s a small accent rug or a large heirloom piece, we handle each one with care.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Often Should You Clean Your Rug in San Antonio?
In San Antonio’s warm, dust-prone climate, rugs can trap more particles than you think. We recommend professional rug cleaning every 1–3 years, depending on your home’s foot traffic, pets, and air quality. If your rug looks dull, smells musty, or feels stiff, it’s time for a deep clean.
Can you remove pet stains and odors completely?
Yes! We use specialized enzyme treatments that target pet urine and odors deep within the fibers, not just on the surface.
Do you clean rugs on-site or off-site?
We clean all rugs at our San Antonio facility where we can control the environment for the safest and most effective cleaning.
Is your cleaning process safe for antique or handmade rugs?
Absolutely. Our hand-washing method and gentle drying techniques are designed specifically for delicate, handmade, and antique rugs.
How long does the rug cleaning process take?
The full process typically takes about three weeks, which includes evaluation, washing, drying, grooming, and inspection.
Do you offer rug pickup and delivery?
Yes—we offer both pickup and delivery throughout the San Antonio metro area for your convenience.
